It's the first day of tech for Paradise Blue! Following a 2015 mainstage production at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, Dominique Morisseau's play about Detroit's Paradise Valley neighborhood is coming to the Signature. Converting a proscenium presentation to alley-style staging has been a challenge, but the added intimacy will serve audiences well.

The beautiful Lensic Theater in Santa Fe, NM is the frequent home of our presenter Performance Santa Fe. Despite the challenge of a 7,000-foot performance elevation, we had a wild time with two packed houses, including a student show with a super-excited Q&A afterward. Audiences like these remind us why we live to bring our work to the rest of the country and world!
Fort Collins, Colorado is home to The Lincoln Center. It's a big enough auditorium that our performance can really stretch and breathe--but the steep rake of the orchestra still provides that famous Parsons intimacy for every patron. Wish we'd had more time to explore this laid-back college town before moving on!
